The Tower of Song is Birmingham's foremost Acoustic and Roots Music venue. As well as hosting gigs by featured artistes, the Tower is available for private hire and also hosts the following regular events:

• Tuesdays: THE BEGGARS BANQUET - click here for more information - usually young unplugged Bands/Duets/Solo

• Wednesdays: THE REA RIVER ROOTS CLUB - usually first half 'open mic' two song slots for aspiring and experienced players, second half different guests each week playing the main set

• Thursdays:
  From 6.15pm: GUITAR WORKSHOPS -  for advanced tuition in finger picking styles/Country Blues/Lead guitar/Arranging & Slide guitar
